The order of European competition will be slightly modified by the UEFA Nations League.The aim of this new competition is to replace international trials, so that each country can play competitive matches as ideal preparations ahead of the European Cup or World Cup.
For the first edition, the UEFA Nations League 2018/19, will be held from September 2018 to June 2019. The outline is that there are four divisions in this league and are also applied to the promotion-degradation system. European giants such as Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, and the UK are in total A League consisting of 12 countries with the highest UEFA coefficient ratings. Iceland and the Netherlands are also included in this division.

Below it is the League B which also consists of 12 countries and contains European second-class teams such as Wales, Russia, Sweden and the Republic of Ireland. The C League contains 15 lower ranked countries, including Scotland, Greece, Serbia and Hungary.

The last is the lowest division, League D, which has 16 countries. Planned teams such as the Faroe Islands, Andorra, San Marino, up to the latest two UEFA members, Gibraltar and Kosovo are included in League D.
